Size: Still 3-6 months! I think it's time to officially retire all my 0-3 month favorites, but it's so tough! Plus I'm out of room in her storage bin, so I need to buy a new one.
Milestones: Ellie's teeth emerged this month, she started babbling, learned to sit on her own, and she is SO close to crawling. She'll definitely be doing it by the next monthly update. Right now she gets in position and lunges forward with her knees, or she'll do a sort of modified army crawl. She can get where she wants to go for the most part, but not efficiently. We had our friends Gloria and Miles over yesterday and Miles was crawling (and walking!) all over the place and Ellie was just fascinated. She loved it when he crawled right at her, it was so cute.
Likes: This month Ellie started getting interested in stuffed animals. When she was born (before she was born?), Audrey bought her this really cute lovey, a small blanket with satin on one side and a cow head attached with a rattle in it. She's been sleeping with that for naps and bedtime the past few days and she seems to really like it. She likes to suck on the cow's ears before she falls asleep.
Dislikes: I don't know if this is actually a dislike, but she is SO impatient lately. I think she's crabby from working on more teeth coming in, but holy cow! She'll throw a tantrum if she can't get what she wants, too. Thank goodness she's still pretty easily distracted.
