The Republican Convention was a lot of fun but, as Shannon noted, it was quite a long day. It was great to see State Sen. Ken Cuccinelli win the Republican Party's nomination for Attorney General. Sen. Cuccinelli is an outstanding public servant and it was an honor to cast my vote for him. What was so impressive was that Sen. Cuccinelli won during the first round of balloting--there were two other candidates and the winner needed to secure 51% of the vote. And I agree with Shannon--Adnan was very impressive.
On a different note, Up was a solid film. I would like to have seen it in 3D, but it was a fun film, nonetheless. I'd like to see the new Terminator film at some point, but we'll see how that goes.
