Take Me Out to the Ball Game

Tom's company a great program available to employees where they can submit to a lottery to win tickets for different events and activities in our area. Tom puts in for as many as possible, and we finally won! We received 5 tickets to the Orioles/Yankees game on Thursday night at Camden Yards! We didn't get to stay for the whole thing (Ellie was getting grumpy), but it was a really fun night for us. When we first got there, we didn't realize our tickets were in the "Club Level", so it took us a while before we finally found out we needed to take an elevator up to the 3rd floor. Once we got up there, we stepped out into a lobby with all the Orioles' trophies, including their World Series trophies. Very cool, and the ladies at the reception were super sweet and gave Ellie a little certificate for attending her first game. Our seats were great, too, right above third base, but in major foul ball territory, so we had to really watch it with Ellie. I really hope we win again!
