Actually, though, I don't remember the dentist's name, but I can promise it wasn't Crentist. Last week Tom and I had to go in for routine cleanings and since Ellie's up to ten teeth of her own, we decided to bring her in for her first visit. It was very cute...the dentist had me bend her over backwards so she could get a good look. Apparently Ellie has fewer teeth than what she'd expect, which seems weird to me since she looks like a crocodile already. But, it's no big deal and they'll erupt whenever they do. She also said she wants Ellie off the sippy cups soon, but I don't think she has kids. Maybe this summer, but definitely not any sooner than that. Unless she wants to come clean my carpets.
On a side note - why is it that the days that I NEED nap to be at least a couple hours long, it's inevitable that she's up within a half hour? Looks like that's all I'm getting today....boo!!

What was the reasoning for no sippy cups?! Maybe I don't want to know...our dentist never said anything about that and at 3 y/o, Charlotte is still drinking out of a sippy most of the time!
Hahaha I guess there will have to be cookies in our house soon.
A - she said she prefers open cups b/c it keeps the liquid off their teeth. Sippies/straws keep the liquid in contact with the teeth for longer amounts of time. But like I said, pretty sure she didn't have kids, even the hygenist was giving her the side-eye on that one lol
