I can't believe Ellie's going to be 6 months old next week! And I'll be 24...mid-twenties! Where the heck did this year go? Oh yes, it was drowned in drama. Miss Eleanor is my drama llama for all the nice surprises she adds to my life. She's been so fun lately, lots of new discoveries. But since her monthday is just next week, I'm going to save it for now :)
We've been keeping ourselves really busy this week, which is great since Tom's been working a lot and not available like he usually is. Life should go back to normal on Friday though, so I'm really excited for that! As for this week, on Monday we took a hike out to Loudoun to return a pump, then on Tuesday we hung out with the beautiful Mazanec ladies, today we went to a doctor's appt for me for a change, and now today we'll be meeting up with a new friend at the Air and Space Museum.
Oh, and the diet's going fairly well. I only lost 3.5lbs on the South Beach diet, which is kind of a bummer, and it made me sick, which was more of a bummer, so now I'm back to eating right and exercising. It's coming off....slowly, but it is coming off.
