Hi Dad!

Since my Dad doesn't care for email, but reads this blog pretty frequently, I'm going to use this post to show him what the heck I was talking about yesterday. Everyone else can ignore this post.

OK, so I'm thinking something like this:

On the bottom for the shoe storage. Don't care how many cabinets, it might look better with 4 doors instead of 2, but I'll leave that up to you. Kind of a classic style, you know what our living room looks like, more traditional. But the style isn't as important as the layout. But instead of empty space inside the cabinets, I want this to keep the shoes together:

And then if you could make the drawers above bigger, like big enough to hold winter accessories (1-2 scarves, a couple pairs of gloves and hats, you get the idea). Then make the whole thing a table instead of a bench, so the whole thing would look like this:
