It was actually really quite good, especially on the inside of the cake. The frosting on the outside of the cake was a little stale, but the inner layers were surprisingly still great!

Better Late Than Never!
When Tom and I got married, we unfortunately had to leave the top layer of our wedding cake at my parents' house (ran out of room in the car!). Well, thanks to Mom and Dad Skypek, we were finally able to celebrate our first anniversary by eating that layer!
It was actually really quite good, especially on the inside of the cake. The frosting on the outside of the cake was a little stale, but the inner layers were surprisingly still great!
