11 Months Old!

I can't believe we're 11 months in already! It doesn't seem that long ago that we rushed to the hospital, or that I first held her. She's so much fun at this age, just a rolling ball of energy. She's up to 5 teeth now, with at least two more coming in very shortly. She loves to wave at people she meets and is very social and sweet. This month's photo isn't quite as good as the others because she just will not sit still long enough for me to snap a good one.

She's doing great with table foods and will eat pretty much whatever we give her. Recent faves are Cheerios and deli ham. That last shot is with her cow buddy. His ears are GROSS. Even after a bath. But she loves him! Also, the cow needs a name...I'm really not good at naming inanimate objects, never had been. When I was little, I had a stuffed teddy bear and a stuffed bunny. Their names? Teddy and Bunny. Real original. Any ideas for a name for the cow? I just call him Cow right now hahaha.

Weight: We're going to guess 16lb 8oz...but I just don't know for sure size we haven't been to the pediatrician in over a month! YAY!

Size: Mostly 9 months, a few 6 month jumpers, and some 12 month outfits. There is such a variance in size between brands!

Milestones: Not too much new in the way of milestones this week. She can now climb an entire flight of stairs without help...goody! lol She has sort of picked up waving...sometimes she'll do it and sometimes she won't. She also seems to be catching onto clapping, but not quite there yet. She's also a master crawler/cruiser and I don't think standing and walking are too far off now.

Likes: She still loves her standing toys - piano and activity center. She got a wooden puzzle from our neighbors from when we dog-sat for them and she loves that...I swear she almost got the kitty back in its place a couple days ago.

Dislikes: The carpet shampooer! It frightens her a little. Not too bad, but enough for her to motion that she wants to be picked up and make a really anxious face.
